"This is a great example of a cutting edge public/private initiative. It is clear that the technology offered by Mindshare is enhancing the services to our children," said Jeff Rainey, chief executive officer of Hillsborough Kids, Inc. "When our staff has the tools they need to do their job effectively, we see better outcomes for children and families."

At the touch of a button, HKI caseworkers have dramatically improved their ability to:
- Respond quickly and reliably
- Access information and notes during visits and interviews in real-time
- Track critical dates for follow-ups and referrals
- Receive alerts about upcoming needs or gaps in services
- Prioritize care based upon severity of need

Caseworkers are empowered with the ability to customize notifications to the specific needs of particular children and families. Visibility Grid:
- Notifies senior level management and administrators as needed
- Analyzes and predicts behavioral trends
- Maximizes accountability throughout the organization

Visibility Grid also provides geo-profiling by plotting the patterns of unseen, missing and runaway children on a geographical map. HKI is hopeful this will allow caseworkers and supervisors to review patterns visually as well as report on and locate runaway children more quickly.
"This is important work we are doing here," said Mindshare President & CEO, Greg Povolny. "I look forward to the day we are at 0 % late and 100% safe."
