By eliminating the need to install and run applications on the customer's own computer systems, Software as a Service alleviates the customer's burden of software maintenance, ongoing operation, ongoing support and investment/maintenance of additional hardware. Further, this model significantly reduces the up-front expense of software purchases and minimizes risk as business and system requirements change. Sago Networks is an E-Rated data center (SPIN #143024481). They provide the entire WLAN infrastructure for 204 schools in Hillsborough County, Florida. They house several critical applications and hardware platforms for Lockheed Martin. They operate and manage several software and hardware platforms for SOCOM (United States Special Operations Command).

Sago networks have redundant facilities located in Tampa, Miami and Atlanta. Each of the facilities utilizes state-of-the-art equipment making them all world-class datacenters.
