Mindshare's Software as a Service allows Mindshare to deploy each of its applications within its managed service providing customer access across the Internet and/or Virtual Private network. By eliminating the need to install and run applications on the customer's own computer systems, Software as a Service alleviates the customer's burden of software maintenance, ongoing operation, ongoing support and investment/maintenance of additional hardware. Further, this model significantly reduces the up-front expense of software purchases and minimizes risk as business and system requirements change. Mindshare operates from Sago Networks, a full service data center and co-location facility in Tampa, Florida.
Sago Networks is an E-Rated data center (SPIN #143024481). They provide the entire WLAN infrastructure for 204 schools in Hillsborough County, Florida. They house several critical applications and hardware platforms for Lockheed Martin. They operate and manage several software and hardware platforms for SOCOM (United States Special Operations Command).
Sago networks have redundant facilities located in Tampa, Miami and Atlanta. Each of the facilities utilizes state-of-the-art equipment making them all world-class datacenters. Between each of the facilities, operations include a wholly-owned fiber optic transport ring. Utilizing the fiber ring, bandwidth can shift from any of the carriers to adjust traffic patterns as needed to ensure the highest quality. Each facility utilizes fully redundant power, air conditioning, as well as network uplinks and core routing equipment
